WebPT Ideas and Discovery

In the patient's account under the billing tab, which shows all visits, all charges, billed amounts, adjustments, & balances, if the visits is at insurance it says " Ins open". It would he helpful if instead, it said " pending primary"  & "pending secondary" or "Ins prime open" or "ins. second open", something to show which carrier the claim is at. You are able to see this when you go into sessions but nearly everything I need to work on a visit is in the patient's account. I would like to be able to see this also instead of minimizing and opening the session and having to go back and forth between the two.
