WebPT Ideas and Discovery

It would be helpful not only as someone else suggested for the clinic notes and documents to have tabs for different sections, but for MIPS to have one tab inside each note.  Not only is that easier for the PT when completing the note, it will be easier for WebPT or other EHR to pull data from for the MIPS program.   Customized to PT, leaves not much room for question as to what you must meet.  This was how we had to do it at another clinic (specialty clinic but not PT)
