I do not think this is a new idea, however, more of a flaw. Only home phone data flows from WebPT to Therabill. Trainer suggested one option is to tag the cell phone as the home phone or have staff re-enter patient contact info into Therabill. If I set up appointment reminders in Web PT the first suggestion obviously will not work. Additionally, most people do not even have home phones anymore. The second suggestion is time consuming. The staff member entering appointments and demographics will not even have access to Therabill, therefore, I have to figure out a work around for the billing department to access patient information just to get the contact info and re-enter into Therabill. Please let me know if a data field can be added in Therabill to accommodate this issue. Thanks, Ray
