WebPT Ideas and Discovery

It would be very useful to us if an alarm could be triggered by a client who was given an appointment at the moment the appointment was set. Some clients have accounts in arrears and we would like to notify them if they should call in and set up an appointment. The type of alarm would presumably have many other applications across different situations.
