Send multiple intake and Hx forms to patients to fill online and return to patient EMR in Therabill

Would love to have the ability to send multiple fillable pdf intake forms (financial agreement, history, etc) that patients could fill out, sign and return to client file in Therabill (all HIPAA compliant)
