upload our own intake forms for patients to fill out on line and go into their Therabill patient record

Would love to have a way to upload out own intake forms so that we could send to patients through Therabill, they fill out online, sign with electronic signature, and we upload to client portal.

Thanks for the idea! Digital patient intake is slotted on our roadmap to start late Q4. It will be driven by our Patient Relationship Management product line (https://www.webpt.com/products/reach and https://www.webpt.com/products/home-exercise-program).
