unassigned payment notice on client tab

There needs to be a notice in red somewhere on the client tab that tells us that there is money not applied to a session, otherwise the only way to know about it is by posting a payment or digging into the account.  There was a patient who finished his services with us, and had overpaid but I didn't know about it until running a  balance report and saw he had a negative balance.
