Snapshot reports, need actual aging buckets by carrier and not just only by client/patient

When pulling the A/R, if a claim has to be refiled the aging buckets reset back to zero. That is fine for follow up so we are not working the same claims we have already worked however it is not ok with determining the actual aging of the A/R. Please complete an enhancement to these reports to allow for aging buckets to reflect appropriately under insurance. Thank you
