Gender drop down options

Have more gender sensitive options such as sex: male, female, transgender. OR a separate section for gender identity.

    Might retitle field to be Gender assigned at Birth. I have seen this in many hospital based health practices. Have an additional field for gender identity, which will default to copy the Gender assigned at Birth. Having one of the selections be OTHER with a freeform text box opening so that future designations could easily be added
