While billing client, in Account Balance Statment, in payment and adjustment area ther is a column Client. It should show the type of client paymet as if it's copay, deductible, co insurance or other. That will give more precise information to client about their type of payment and that makes us also very clear. while making payment entry we mention that its a copay, deductible or other. That is not reflected on Account Balance Satement. If possible make some development the way it become more specific.
