Good morning,
I got a phone call from a patient wondering why she own 2 seperate amounts. She was confused with the days 0-29, 30-59. and thought they were the same charge but a late fee was added to the 30-59 days. Is there a way we can label this grid area. Like "time since last billed", or" Days since billed". Something that will seperate it from the main bill part.

Hi Kristina! Thank you for your feedback! While we take this into consideration, one thing that you can do is remove the aging from the balance statement bu going to the balance statement settings. I hope that helps!
