WebPT Ideas and Discovery

When applying an ERA from the primary insurance, it will try to apply the unassigned payments towards the dates of service before we've sent it to the secondary insurance. I would like for the ERA to recognize that the claim still needs to go to the secondary before the client payments should be posted.
