scenario;

1) Patient has primary & secondary insurance.

2) patient has unassigned dollars

3) Era is received from primary insurance

4) ERA has a message that it is sent to secondary ins.

5) Why does Therabill use unassigned dollars and applies to the ded/oins? (please see attached screen shot)

6) How does insurance company know that there is an unassigned dollars? I thought that info. lies with in Therabill.

7) The way system should work is, when primary ERA comes, if there is secondary insurance forward, there is unassigned dollars, system should not put that amount in 'apply to unassigned box'
