For WebPT: Often times I need to copy and paste a patient's subscriber ID. In order to do this, I have to click 3 or 4 times to get a to place where it will allow me to do so. I cannot simply do this from the Patient Info. It's terribly annoying.
It would also be great if in the patient dashboard, when you hovered over their insurance type, it showed their benefit level (deductible/copay/ etc) . Our therapists have to click so many times to get to that information!
