delete duplicate / inactive insurance

it would be VERY beneficial to be able to remove a duplicate or inactive insurance. we have a situation where there is an insurance company listed 2x but the couple patients with that insurance currently aren't listed under EITHER of them but rather, they are linked to a 3rd one but that one is not coming up in list of insurances... ugh.

I agree, clean up is very hard with most in WebPT and Therabill.

what is the decision on this, I was told to post an idea, which I did and many, many, many other people did too, so now what happens? Does it even matter? There are so many things that could be done to make our lives easier, but I see nothing chan...
