Attach session notes to claim submission

Recently Unoted Healthcare as well as BCBS of Mississippi are requiring session notes for every claim. We need an option to attach these notes when submitting them electronically.

I have some insurance companies that require chart notes with claims. It would be nice to be able to send attachments with claims.
