Copy entire prior note.

The copying of previous material field by field is unnecessarily complicated. In many instances, I only need to modify one field out of the entire form. An option to copy over all fields from the previous note would save me loads of time.

much documentation is the same from one encounter to the next. would save a lot of time/clicking
