Add an option to copy all sections of a past document at once into the new document instead of only section by section

Allowing an entire document to be copied at once could be a significant time saver for everyone. Many sections remain the same for each client from session to session or change slightly, but are different for each client, so being able to fill in from the past note for that client and just make changes as needed would be a major time saver.
