WebPT Ideas and Discovery

I'm new to TB and I find really inconvenient the idea that I can't go back and edit a previous note that has already being signed w/o the need to use an addendum, specially b/c after the addendum, you still see the previous note. For ex I made a mistake and did a note on a wrong client, I did the addendum, but on her medical chart you still can see the incorrect note. Is there a way we can make corrections easier?
