We have received denials from ChampVA because box 1 chose "Group Health Plan" instead of "ChampVA" or "Other". At this time there is no drop down option to pick so that either of those boxes gets checked. I was told I have to manually change the secondary mailed out claim every single time. This just does not seem acceptable to me. I have many claims to fix due to the wrong box being marked and I would rather not have to remember that my billing department has to fix the claims before they are printed/mailed. Can you please add a drop down option for ChampVA or something that would allow for that box or the "other" box to be checked on the claim automatically? ASAP.
