Same with a lot of us! Therbill needs to do something about this costly problem.

Several of our MCOs are allowing 24 sessions prior to authorizations being needed. These run on different time frames and sometimes, other providers have billed the CPT codes prior to starting services with us. It would be nice to be able to put in a session count and be flagged when we are getting close to needing an authorization.
