ERA Takebacks

Takebacks should be shown on the ERA that they are actually coming out of. There is no warning to let you know if an ERA is not posting for the correct amount, and since the ERAs do not show the takeback when it's actually happening sometimes ERAs get posted incorrectly due to simply not knowing there is a recoupment in that payment.
