Prescription Integration

Most insurances require an up-to-date script in order to bill. They should pull over just like authorizations so if we don't have an updated script, we can't bill.

Insurance portal for benefits inquiry

It is useful for clinicians to know if they are going to get paid by the client's insurance company and if they are needing to put in an authorization request prior to seeing the client.

We need to be able to have more than one referring provider for a patient.

We often have patients with more than one case and each case has a different referring provider. This needs to be something that crosses over to therabill from webpt.

"Name" box in auth section

Medicaid prior authorizations are for specific therapists, and sometimes a patient is seen by multiple therapists. It would be nice to see which PA number is for which therapist, right now I have to have a spreadsheet open with the PAs listed.
