Add Progress Note alert to Scheduler for SOAP 2.0

The Progress Note alert icon does not show up on the Scheduler when a Progress Note is due on a SOAP 2.0 chart. Front desk users rely on this alert during check-in so they know which OMT paperwork to provide to the therapist during the patient visit.

expired authorizations

I would like to see the red expired exclamation mark to show on the scheduler like the yellow exclamation marks do for needed progress notes...specifically for running out of visits and not dates.

add a feature that shows what date an appointment was put on the scheduler and by whom.

Sometimes to wrong patient gets scheduled. In cases like this we would like to know who scheduled it and possibly they can remember who was supposed to be in that appt. spot instead.

Schedule time blocks

I would like it if there was a mechanism to show clinic chosen default appointment time blocks - i.e. 40' that could then be customized to each PTs start of day time. Look at our schedules the week of 6/7/21 - we have added these test appt blocks ...

Number of Cancellations and No Shows

It would be great if the feature that shows you No Show and Cancelled appointments would also have the number of No show/ Cancelled next to it when its chosen instead of having to count them on the schedule.
