Add Progress Note alert to Scheduler for SOAP 2.0

The Progress Note alert icon does not show up on the Scheduler when a Progress Note is due on a SOAP 2.0 chart.

Front desk users rely on this alert during check-in so they know which OMT paperwork to provide to the therapist during the patient visit.

Yes we will definitely work to update the visits on the scheduler in the future as well.

Thank you, this will be a great tool!

In the meantime, the visit number on the scheduler is stuck at 1 for 2.0 patients.

When you open the patient’s chart you will see the true visit number.

Is there a plan to update WebPT scheduler so the actual visit # appears just by hovering on the patient on the scheduler?
