need to be able to add/remove fields to "print scheduled patients"

I need to print (or handwrite) all patients coming in on a given day for potential COVID tracking. In Analytics, the Scheduled List doesn't have phone number so is incomplete for my needs. "Patient List" is the entire active list so not day-specific.

Change Days of Service in Notes by Clinic Report to SOAP note Day of Service instead of the day the note is finalized.
