Adding dot phrases

I didn't see any option for dot phrases or ways to make notes easier to pre-fill to save time for documentation. I believe that this would help all clinicians to prevent re-typing similar/same things over-over. Thank you!

It would be great if the patients had to confirm their appointments when they got their reminder email or text. That way if they did not confirm their appointment the staff could call the patient to confirm that they are coming to the appointment ...

Being able to attach pdf (primary EOBs) to claims

This would save so much time for providers being able to attach primary EOBs to the secondary claims. PLEASE PLEASE make this happen :)

It would be helpful to know when sending patient statements how many statements they have received without making a payment. This would help us follow up on patients that are delinquent in making payments.
