Reminder Confirmation Button

It would be great if the patients had to confirm their appointments when they got their reminder email or text. That way if they did not confirm their appointment the staff could call the patient to confirm that they are coming to the appointment and would cut down on no shows or last minute cancellations.

    Agreed! We are constantly dealing with patients not even bothering to read their email or text reminders and then claiming they didn't know they had an appointment or thought it was on a different day. That problem would be greatly reduced with a conformation link added.

    Many medical groups allow the pt to text C for confirm or P to receive a phone call to cancel or change the appointment.
