Name custom exercises in flowsheet of SOAP 2.0

In SOAP 2.0 flowsheet it is currently "fussy" trying to name/create a custom exercise and flowsheet smart text is not carrying forward.

Add place code 10- teletherapy at home

Optum is requiring the use of this code 1/1/21 for teletherapy when the patient is at home and you don't have an option for this

COLLECTIONS REPORT

There should be a way to mark an account "in collections" as in we have outsourced it and we no longer need to bill. Having to go thru the accounts and uncheck these names would no longer be an issue and we could run a report or see "at a glance" ...

Be able to print an EOB for just one patient instead of the entire EOB

If we need to send a paper claim to a 2nd insurance there is no need to print the entire EOB which can be many many pages. This would save time and money and even more important it would eliminate sending a different patients PHI.

all physicians on case show up for faxing

When we have two Drs who need the notes they both use to show up in 1.0, but only one shows up in 2.0 and so the second dr doesnt get notes, because it is too hard to remember as only one dr shows up on left side as well.

CVC box on client statements for CC payments

When we send out statements we always get CC payments mailed in without the CVC code since there is no way to pu that box on the statements. We took your advice and entered that request in the notes section of the statements but people rarely see it.

CVV # space on remit statement
