Restrict ability to create appointment for license/dept mismatch

WebPT does not have any restrictions built into department mismatch at this time, but provider type is displayed when scheduling to help prevent mismatch issues.

Search by insurance member ID.

I received a claim rejection letter that only identified the patient by member ID and date of service. It would be extremely helpful to have the option of searching by insurance member ID in either Therabill or WebPT.

BP in Daily notes in both 1.0 and 2.0

Expose the WebPT ID in Analytics

Members need access to the WebPT ID. It is used in Outcomes, MIPS, and RRM. Members need the ability to run a report and see which patients the WebPT ID maps to.
