Online Payment Portal

An online portal where patients can go in and make payments that apply toward their account. At least if it was an option would help with receiving payments. Also, so many of our clients are requesting an online payment portal.

OUR THERAPIST RARELY FINALIZE A DAILY NOTE SAME DAY SO THE AUTHORIZATION COUNT IS ALWAYS OFF. CAN IT PLEASE BE COUNTED BY "CHECK IN STATUS" INSTEAD OF THE FINALIZED NOTE STATUS; OR EVEN BY SCHEDULED VISITS. SO THE AUTH COUNT IS ACTUALLY CORRECT.

Case Specific info migration (different from prior cases)

prior cases were work comp related. New case is created with new insurance which is not work comp related. It would be helpful to migrate the correct case information (update the related cause)

An integrated alert that places a flag, color change, etc on a patient session automatically on the schedule when their 90 day plan of care is due or expired.

Attach records to Electronic Claims

It would be awesome if we could attach chart notes when submitting claims electronically rather than needing to send those that accept EDI on paper since records are required.
