authorizations for cases

When there are multiple cases in webpt they sometimes have different authorizations - the authorizations should be case associated in therabill as in webpt so it tracks more accurately

Insurance visit hard limits flag for # of visits

Would be extremely helpful to have some sort of flag or pop-up for hard limit visit caps. We currently will only get a flag for the ins expiration date.

Ability to distinguish the date of change for insurance updates

A way to make changes to a patient's insurance plan on the current case vs having to create a new case. Creating a new case causes more work for the front office and billing team to clean up.

Progress note alerts should be customizable
