to be able to return full dos in on click instead of line by line

under claims to send back to ins invoice area you have to do it line by line in order to send the whole dos back to rebill

Mass Remove from Invoicing Area

It would be so much quicker and easier if you could select multiple line items (or patients) in the insurance invoicing area to mark them as self pay or already invoiced.

Zip Code added to CC section of patient statements

We cannot run credit cards without the cardholder's zip code. There is not a spot on the statements for the patients to include this information when they send in their payments. Adding this would make things much easier for us and our patients.

We need to send daily notes/flowsheets with every HCFA. Can you look into being able to draw from WebPT the daily notes that we need to submit with the HCFAs to insurance. Otherwise, we have to go into each patient record and print individually. WebPT doesn't allow us to print daily notes for all patients on any given day.

Not allowing a user to proceed saving an account if the ICD-10 code entered isn't in a billable format

Therabill allows users to list partal IDC-10 codes on patients account that cause the claims to reject when billed if not got before hand. It would be nice if Therabill would warn the user that the ICD-10 entered isn't valid or billable so it can ...

I need to be able to see which insurance payments are from a Primary and which are from a Secondary insurance for tax purposes. This should pull from the patient insurance information. I could not figure out how to get that information in the repo...
