In Analytics, cancels and no-shows should be listed by the clinician who was to see the patient

For some reason on the Analytics comparison chart, cancels and no-shows are only attributed to therapists and not assistants. This information should be pulled directly from the schedule and should be attributed to the clinician who was to be seeing the patient that day. Without the data being compiled in such a way I am left hand-counting cancellations and no-shows due to worthless data.

Yes. In analytics, when I run the chart "comparison by therapist" and look at cancelation rate all PTAs are always 0% while all PTs are have inflated numbers. Therefore, the patients who cancel an appointment with a PTA are not showing up under the name of the PTA.

Can you please confirm the issue for me? If you have an appointment that is booked directly with an assistant, if that appointment is canceled or does not show, that appointment is not appearing on the current cancel / no show reports? Thank you.
