At times front desk staff too busy to check if a patient has additional visits made/scheduled. If the patient doesn't there is a higher likelihood they become a lost patient. An alert on the schedule (such as a color change or an icon on the patient) would be helpful.
WebPT does alert users when they check in a patient if there are no future appointments and we also offer an alert on the Case Summary in our new documentation, we will certainly evaluate additional options to ensure members are alerted if there are no appointments on the schedule for a patient.

YES! - This alert should be on therapist screen this will remind them to tell the patient to schedule. Also, when we do tell the patient they are out of appointments 50% of the time they say they want to know what the therapist say. So we are interrupting the therapist appointment to confirm that they want the patient to schedule more.
