currently the data needs to be revised for the current note so prior data is only seen if the prior note is viewed-information cannot be seen on the same page to show details of any progress; ir which task is less difficult..

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Based on my understanding of your request, you are asking for a way to reference previous objective measures to be seen in the same note to demonstrate progress during re-assessments/discharges/etc. If that is the case, we have a feature that should be a solution for this idea that we are planning to work on soon. We’ll associate this idea to the feature to make sure you know when it is delivered. In the meantime if you have any further questions feel free to leave a comment or contact support.
