Thank you for the clarification, and for meeting with me today to discuss this idea, Jennifer! As we discussed, a new feature that is on our radar is to allow you to select subsections to include in specific reports for payers and providers. You will then be able to, for example, select the Standardized Tests subsection to include in your plan of care for Georgia Medicaid.
Our state (Georgia) requires test scores on our plan of care. So we have to manually add the scoring ifnormaiton to the 'summary' portion of the evalaution to make it carrover onto the POC. We would like the testing and the working that goes along with the indvidual tests carried over to the plan of care. Thanks.
Can you expound on what would be documented in this section? Also, can you describe what you mean by carry over to Plan of Care? Thanks!
Hello! Thanks for your suggestion! We will take that into consideration. In the meantime you might like the Diagnosis > Summary > Response to Exercise/Training field for this type of documentation.
