WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Even with digital intake, a lot of Medicare patients are unable to do this. Especially with in-home med B practices.

A feature to have medical history carry forward would be so great! and it shouldn't be too difficult to implement into the EMR.

Hello Rebecca,

Thank you for the update on digital intake and Medical Hx. I am currently trying to use the intake system in Reach, however if WebPT is updating 2.0 to do digital intake that populates in pt medical Hx that would be great.
I appreciate any updates on this new function.

Hi Lorna! We will definitely consider that feature. I also wanted to let you know that WebPT will be launching a Digital Patient Intake solution soon. If your patients complete a digital patient intake form, we will be able to populate the medical history automatically from their responses. Hopefully that will speed up your workflows as well, so keep an eye out for that early next year! Thanks for your feedback!
