This idea has been merged into another idea. To comment or vote on this idea, please visit EMR-I-226 We have many return patients and it would be a great benefit and time saver to have medical history carry forward. .
In the previous system, adding a new case for an existing patient gave the option for tranferring information. This would be helpful since:
1) at the new year, many people change insurance, which means we have to create a new case for them even though we are treating them for the same issue
2) throughout the last few months of the pandemic, people have been changing insurance more frequently due to changes in job status (I have one person that has changed 3 times, and each time I have to create a new case and re-enter all the data).
This would be such a time saver and much appreciated to improve efficiency.

I mean this is ridiculous. This idea was given in 2020 and it's still not up and running. WebPT truly sucks for being clinician friendly.
