When the Fax Log switched over to the Outbound Communication Log, we were no longer able to print it off. When attempting to print, there is a large plus screen that shows up in the middle of the page. And after contacting customer support, they said that is not something WebPT currently supports (printing the Communication Log). We are needing to print the log so we can keep track of the POCs that we get back signed.
I'm not sure why the print option would have been taken away when WebPT got rid of the Fax Log.

Please change it back to the old way. It was so helpful to have the log zero out when faxes went through after being successfuly refaxed. Currently the number of failed faxes continues to rise even when they are successfully resent. It is very time consuming to have to go thru all of them and figure out which have ended up being successfully faxed. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
It has been brought to our attention that our fax log system has changed. There has been some difficulty with using the new system. There are many imperfections with the new update. There is no confirmation that it was sent in total, meaning there is no conformation as to how many pages was sent over. There is no official confirmation to show that it was sent correctly. This is extremely infringing on our daily tasks and making it very difficult to keep up with our work flow. It has taken up alot of our time away from other necessary tasks that need to be done. Please consider changing the new update to better serve the community. thank you
