Progress note to discharge

I'd like to suggest that there be a way to change from a progress note to a discharge on the fly. Sometimes you're in the middle of a progress note and you or the patient realizes that you don't want to continue therapy.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality already exists today in the product. This feature is only available inside of the SOAP 2.0 application, however. Here is some additional information on how the functionality works.

    I am not using SOAP 2.0. Can this feature (change progress report to discharge summary or discharge summary to progress report) be in the standard WebPT doc?

    The updated documentation is a big shift in look and feel. Here is a screen shot of the updated patient chart and documentation.
