Notification/Alert of issues within therabill

I recently just printed statements not knowing there was an issue with them thus wasting paper and ink. I contacted Therabill via chat and the rep stated they were having an issue with the statments. Knowing this would have saved time and money. An alert or some type of notification on the home page would be a great idea with any issues therabill is having saving time and money for everyone in the future.
