The transfer over to Availity has been much more of a pain than promised. Each EDI form comes with instructions from madaket with a fax number, and then more forms with more fax numbers or letter requirements. It is hard to know which and how many of these hoops we actually have to jump through. It seems you did not know how much of a nuisance this would be or you simply did not want to tell us, but it's pretty annoying and I'm still not sure I've done it right.
