We had a patient that came for work comp prior to her new claims that now use her personal insurance. It's no longer work comp so I didn't even think to check that info in advanced tab to be sure it was blank. This carried over to her new claims that are now delaying payment because I have to resubmit them as corrected claims now. This is very inconvenient.

I agree. Makes no sense that it carries over when it is a separate case. WebPT keeps the cases separate, it shouldn't be a problem. I've had claims denied due to the accident information showing up on the claims for private insurance, and have spent hours on the phone to insurance companies, doing appeals, to get them paid. Still working on some.
