change from workers comp to commercia; Insurance

When we see a patient for a workers comp case and then they come back for something different and it is to be billed to commercial Insurance, you put in the new case and it asked if it is work related in Webpt why does this not carry over to Therabill? you have to go into therabill look up the patient and under advanced features change it there also. why does it not carry over from webpt on the new case?

it should carry over the case as 2 different wc and commercial to it doesnt stamp it as wc related when its not

Yes, the cases should mirror what is in WebPT. If the worker's comp case in WebPT has ABC Insurance and Dr. Jekyll while the health insurance case has XYZ Insurance and Dr. Hyde, Therabill should be smart enough to pull the correct insurance, diagnosis, referring physician to match the case in WebPT.
