I would like to be able to customize reminder emails by appointment type.

For example, to schedule coordination of care I created a phone call appointment for collaborating with a patient's school SLP or other professional. I have a phone template for documenting in the EHR so the appointment is more efficient than using an "event" to block the schedule. The family does not need an appointment reminder for this type of appointment.

Also, with COVID-19, some of my patients are virtual while others are in person. I would like to create an appointment reminder template for in person visits to remind them of the COVID restrictions/screening and also one for the virtual patients to remind them to log into their Vsee account at the appointment time.
