As physical therapy clinics and therapists, have to make choices on cost and revenue such as for software and extended payment plans for patients. The need to carry over some A/R from a previous system, in most cases a patients balance is needed. Because of Covid, we have made extended payment plans to our patients but we can't maintain two billing software systems while we continue to collect payments from our patients that need a little more time.
