It was brought to my attention today through Therabill chat that there is a limitation on the "send back to insurance area" button within a patient's chart. I was given the "workaround" if a claim needs to be billed past 5 months. However, this limitation appears very unnecessary and creates more work for the biller. Normally, our claims are sent out rather quickly, but there are exceptions that would cause billing to exceed the 5 month limitation. There are even several insurances that allow more that 5 months for timely filling. Please consider removing this limitation.
