Show the patient post it note in the insurance invoicing area when in the Create Invoice screen

  1. To display important billing information that maybe needed when sending out claims. There is plenty of real estate on the screen to do this. This would save time by not having to drilling down into the patient record to see the post it note.

  2. Anyone needing the info on the post it note with billing.

  3. It would display the post it note on the Create Invoice screen, something like you do now when you are post patient payments.
