Easier to read statments

The font on the patient statements is SO small. Any way to enlarge it for easier reading? Even for younger eyes, it's difficult to read. And many of our clients are vision impaired or elderly.

Font size needs to be larger for notes

When the therapists add more and more notes to the objective section, the font gets so small.

MSK ultrasound imaging documentation and billing

I would like to have a section in the objective portion of the new eval where I can document findings from diagnostic ultrasound imaging. I would also like to have the billing CPT codes in the billing section.

Who Deleted Payments/ Limit access within EMR Payments?

Within Rev Flow clerical staff was only allowed to post payment. If there was any issues Admin was the only ones allowed to make corrections. We would like to limit the access within Co-pay and Co-ins Payments to Admin only, and possibly allowing ...

Dual access from TB sign on

If you already have signed up for combined login of WPT and TB, there should be a button going from TB to WPT if you first sign into TB. There is one going in the other direction

Surgical Date on Patient Dashboard/Chart

Have surgery date shown with other demographic/insurance information on the records tab of patient chart. This way the treating therapist does not have to open a note to determine date of surgery.

Show more than 10 records at a time. To be able to see the faxed icon and signature icon at first glance to verifiy prescription dates quickly.

If we could see the entire list of records (or atleast 20), then we could see at a quick glance whether a patient's script or auth needs to be looked at more closely. Daily I look to verify the prescription/auth dates above the list of 10 records ...
